                           2x(2x + 3)
That would be ----------------------- 
                         2x^2 + 13x + 15

We should factor the denominator and then reduce the original fraction:

                             2x(2x + 3)               2x            x
                     ----------------------- = ------------- = ---------
                       (2x + 3)(2)(x+5)         2(x+5)       x+5

This is true only for x not equal to -5, not equal to -3/2.
